Applications for extension of examination periods
Applications must be submitted informally and must
contain the following information:
· Name,
matriculation number,
· Module number and name
· Original period / delivery date
· New period /
delivery date
· Reason
· Statement of the
person responsible for the module / supervisor or supervisor (with
signature and stamp)
